Every Hull Has a Home

Tinny or twin-axle cruiser, it fits.

If it rolls in on a trailer, there’s a spot sized for it. Measure hull plus trailer, tip to tongue.

Winter it indoors.

The dome is priced by length for the season (16 ft minimum). Shrink-wrap welcome outdoors too.

Why Boaters Park Here

Closer than the marina, easier than the driveway.

Your driveway technically fits the boat. Your neighbours, your bylaw officer and your snowblower disagree. Our yard settles the argument.

Minutes From the River

Right off the 417 / Highway 7 corridor: an easy tow to Ottawa River launches and back.

Pull-Through Rows

Spots sized for truck-plus-trailer rigs with wide aisles. Drive in, unhitch, drive out. No 14-point turn with an audience.

Gravel Pads That Drain

Compacted gravel with proper drainage. No ruts, no sunken jack wheels, no spring swamp under your hull come thaw.

Fenced, Filmed & Lit

Fully fenced, bright lighting and 4K cameras on every zone, behind a coded gate that logs who comes and goes.

No Marina Games

No waitlists, no haul-out scheduling roulette. 4 weeks free on long-term rentals.

Indoor Option

Want it out of the weather? Indoor winter storage runs Nov 1 to mid-April, priced by length.

The Off-Season, Done Properly

Park it right, launch it easy.

/01

Winterize before you park

Stabilizer in a full fuel tank, batteries topped up or brought home, water out of the lines, then wrap or tarp the hull. Shrink-wrap, canvas and frame-and-tarp setups are all welcome.

/02

The trailer stays with the boat

One spot, one price: your trailer parks under your boat, not in a second rented space. An empty utility trailer that needs its own home is trailer storage.

/03

Spring prep without the scramble

Your gate code works 24/7, so de-winterize on your schedule: batteries in, wrap off, bearings checked, then straight to the ramp for a 7 a.m. launch while the marina crowd waits on the travel lift.

FAQ

Boat questions, answered.

Do boats have to be on trailers?

Yes: boats store on your own trailer, or a cradle for sailboats. That keeps your boat road-ready year-round, and the trailer parks with the boat in the same spot at no extra charge.

Is shrink-wrapping okay?

Absolutely. Shrink-wrap, canvas covers and frame-and-tarp setups are all welcome. A wrapped hull is the best-dressed thing in the yard all winter.

Can I get to my boat in winter?

Yes. Aisles are plowed and your gate code works 24/7, every day of the year. Grab gear, check the cover after a storm, or start spring prep in March.

Do you have indoor boat storage?

Yes. Indoor winter storage runs November 1 to mid-April, priced by length (16 ft minimum). Most boats also do fine outdoors when properly winterized.

Is my boat insured while it’s stored?

Your boat stays covered under your own marine policy; most cover storage ashore by default, but confirm with your broker. On our side: fenced, lit, 4K cameras on every zone, coded 24/7 gate.

Do I have to commit to the whole winter?

No. Flexible 4-week cycles: store haul-out to launch day, keep the spot all year, or leave when the season’s done. No 3-month minimums.

How big a boat can you take?

Up to 30 ft and beyond. Cabin cruisers on twin-axle trailers and sailboats on cradles fit comfortably, and pull-through rows mean you never reverse a big rig into a tight slot.
